However, the veteran tactician will be forced to make do without Tome Huddlestone (ankle) , Sandro and William Gallas (both calf).
Furthermore, Younes Kaboul (groin), Gareth Bale (thigh) and Scott Parker (hamstring) are major doubts for the short trip across London.
“Younes didn’t train on Wednesday,” said assistant manager Kevin Bond.
“Scotty and Gareth both had to come out of training early. They all felt slight muscle strains and all three are doubtful.”
