Four possible strikers Spurs could sign in January

With only Jermain Defoe and Emmanuel Adebayor at Andre Villas-Boas’ disposal, and with the imminent release of Adebayor to South Africa to play for his beloved Togo in the Africa Cup of Nations in January, Matt Walsh discusses, if funds are available for the Spurs boss, what strikers could make their way to White Hart Lane.

It’s time for UEFA to take action

It’s unnaceptable. The treatment of Tottenham Hotspur fans in Rome has been simply appalling. To see our own fans attacked for absolutely no reason whatsoever is sickening. It’s time for UEFA to take action against the Italian side especially, as Matt Walsh points out, this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Gareth Bale: Benchwarmer To Benchmarker

Ask any fan of a world class Spurs player and the first top pop into your head is Gareth Bale. The Welshman may not be of the same level as Cristiano Ronaldo, but he is certainly one of the game’s most naturally gifted Wingers. Nikhil Saglani gives us the low down on a player he is quite happy to call his favourite.

“Clear eyes, full heart, can’t lose”

It’s that time of year again – the North London derby. With it, Raj Bains has opted to dissect the encounter like a megalomanical surgeon and analyse where the game can be won or lost.

Four things Spurs could try against Maribor

It’s make or break time if Spurs are to break out of Group J in their pursuit of European glory. With three draws in the opening three games, a win over Maribor tonight is essential. However, it is also a chance to mix things up, especially with a tough trip to Manchester City on Sunday, as Nick Harris explains.
