The latest news is that we are trying to sign Thomas Lemar of French Club Monaco, who won the Ligue1 title this season ahead of the big-spending Paris Saint-Germain. According to L’Equipe, Tottenham are interested in signing Lemar from French outfit AS Monaco in the summer.
The versatile 21-year-old can operate as a midfielder and as a winger. He is highly rated and is a promising player who has been in great form this past season.
The France international scored 9 goals and provided 10 assists in 34 Ligue1 appearances for Monaco this past campaign, as Monaco won the Ligue1 title this season, and also progressed to the semi-finals of the Champions League. In 12 Champions League games, Lemar scored 2 goals and provided 4 assists for Leonardo Jardim’s side.
