Tottenham fans were left extremely upset when Danny Rose spoke out about wanting to move to another club and even about making more money if an offer came to him.
The English left-back was one of the players that had a great season under Mauricio Pochettino last time around and it seemed like he was trying to muster a move away from Tottenham to get more money during a short football career.
Things didn’t work out all that well as Rose is still recovering from an injury that had ruled him out for the start of the season. He is yet to play a game for us this campaign. The 27-year-old has seen his place be taken up by Ben Davies and there was more ignominy for the Englishman as he was left out of the official calendar from the club.

A tweet from the ‘Lilywhite Rose’ Twitter account displayed the images of the 2018 calendar and there was no place for Rose on the cover or on any of the inside pages.
The front cover of the calendar features some of our top players in Hugo Lloris, Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Mousa Dembele and Christian Eriksen.
The inside pages feature other players such as Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier, Jan Vertonghen, Son Heung-Min, Kieran Trippier, Victor Wanyama, Harry Winks and the earlier mentioned four for their own monthly pages.
Surprisingly, there is no place for Rose and that could be a hint that he is not in the future plans of Tottenham. However, before we start theorizing that he would be sold or would leave the club for Manchester United, we need to realise that there can only be 12 players for the monthly pages and you would want the ones that sell the most shirts or the most popular ones. So it isn’t a surprise that even the likes of Ben Davies or new boys Fernando Llorente and Davinson Sanchez were omitted from the calendar.
This might not be the end of Rose at Spurs but this also states that the club doesn’t see him as big a player as some of the other stars.
