Tottenham’s new stadium is starting to resemble a finished article as the countdown begins to the end of the season. The stadium construction is progressing as expected and it is likely to be ready as per schedule. Our new world-class facility should be done by the start of next season and the club have consistently shared updates on social media.

This time around, it was the team from Football.London that made a visit to the site of the new stadium. They had a number of photos and updates to share with the fans.

We all know that the new £850m stadium will be the biggest in London and will feature a number of world-class services. The stadium would also be hosting NFL games and other events and the report claims that the 17,500-single seater south stand is now connected with the east and west ends.

There is something more for the fans with the ‘Tottenham Experience’ museum and the megastore being built and even the work on a brand new hotel is being completed.

The report also says that the first set of pitch trays have been brought in and installed to hold the pitch which is retractable. This pitch would be above the NFL pitch, which will be used for the American football games.

Daniel Levy has also stated that the stadium would be open before the start of the 2018-19 season and there is a team of 1,500 construction workers toiling hard to ensure that we have all the functionalities of the stadium working.

A lot of other amenities have also been constructed and it does seem like the deadline for the completion of the stadium will remain as stated before the start of the project.

This will come as great news for fans as we will not have to play at Wembley next season. We will have a chance to create a fantastic atmosphere at the new ground, similar to what we had at the iconic White Hart Lane.

This is a major step for our side as we look to progress under Mauricio Pochettino and having a world-class stadium should be the right measure to not only ensure a lot of happy fans but also in bringing revenue via a number of experiences at the club.
