Latest Spurs news: Three Tottenham first-team players injured ahead of Liverpool clash
Tottenham confirmed that Eric Dier and Harry Winks would be unavailable for the clash against Liverpool on Sunday.
The club further confirmed that Serge Aurier is being assessed for the trip after picking up a problem during international duty.

Dier also picked up his injury during England duty, and this reduces our options for the midfield.
Fans worried ahead of the fixture
Tottenham haven’t been in great form in the Premier League with just one point from their last four games.
Dier and Winks being out gives Mauricio Pochettino a bit of a headache with Christian Eriksen, Victor Wanyama and Moussa Sissoko as the only senior central midfielders available for the tie.
Aurier being out could see Kieran Trippier start against the Reds. However, the English right-back has been in poor form this season too.
Spurs don’t have a great record when facing the Reds at Anfield, but we came out with a point the last time we played there. Tottenham cannot take this game lightly as they are in a battle for a top four spot too.
Liverpool are yet to lose at home in the Premier League this season, and given the injury news, several Spurs fans believed their team would not get much from Anfield.
