Tottenham Hotspur consider swapping Radu Dragusin for Inter Milan star Kristjan Asllani
Tottenham Hotspur FC have been linked with numerous players in the ongoing 2024 summer transfer window, and the latest name to emerge is Inter Milan’s defensive midfielder Kristjan Asllani.
The 22-year-old Albanian moved to San Siro last summer on a permanent deal for approximately €10 million and is under contract with Inter until June 2027.
Asllani has attracted interest from multiple clubs, including Tottenham. According to InterLive.it, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is contemplating using defender Radu Dragusin in a swap deal to secure Asllani’s transfer. This strategy could give Tottenham a significant advantage in acquiring the young midfielder.
Tottenham are keen on strengthening their midfield, especially with the potential departures of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Giovani Lo Celso, which would create openings in their roster. Asllani is seen as a promising addition who could fill these gaps and bolster the squad for the upcoming season.

Radu has promise but has failed to take his opportunities at Tottenham so far. However, to give up on him in just six months would be underwhelming. While Asllani certainly could be a smart addition, it remains to be seen if we are willing to give up a defender who could be a major player for us in the years to come.
