The London side are preparing themselves for the up coming game against Juventus after a positive result from their recent game against Rotherham. The new arrival Vincent Janssen turned in Kieran Trippier’s cross to cancel out Danny Ward’s first-half opener, followed by the strikes from youngsters Shayon Harrison and Marcus Edwards.

Now the next stop for the squad is Australia, where they will be facing the Serie A champions Juventus and then the Champions League finalist Atletico Madrid. The road is surely a tough one, but this is what will make Tottenham stronger than ever. Unarguably, the Lilly-Whites were one of the best sides in the league last season, but it was sad to see them slipping out in the last few games.

Spurs will miss several names due to their involvement in the Euros, namely, Hugo Lloris, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Ben Davies, Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Dele Alli and Moussa Dembele. However, it is solely expected that Pochettino will not hesitate to sell some players in order to rebuild the squad, hence, we give you three names from the current Tottenham squad, who could leave the club:

  1. Clinton N’Jie-

Many would argue over his names in the list, but let us inform you that the manager has decided to exclude the 22-year-old for the International Champions Cup. Well, this is surely a sign of something, but his departure from the club was rumoured at the time when Tottenham were closing in on signing Marseille attacker N’Koudou.

Earlier, it was reported that Marseille wanted N’Jie in exchange of N’Koudou, but the manager refused to include the little Frenchman in the speculation and it was then expected that the player was in his plans for the next season, but now the manager has not included him in the squad and that has fueled up the entire situation of the player.

  1. Nabil Bentaleb-

The Algerian international is an obvious name in the list, isn’t it? The 21-year-old midfielder was only able to make 11 appearances in all competition for the side. Be it injuries or whatever, the manager never really favoured his style and the player was always a third or fourth choice for him. Bentaleb, who joined the Lilly-Whites’ youth academy back in 2012, has also been left out by the manager for the tour, and hence, it is understood that he is on the verge to leave.

Bentaleb is an excellent youngster, who has his entire career to show for, and only leaving the White Hart Lane outfit will work for the player. Bentaleb signed a five-year contract extension just last summer, but looking at his current situation, it is safe to say that he has no role for Pochettino in his Tottenham’s drama.

  1. Federico Fazio-

The 29-year-old Argentine defender is the most likely candidate to leave the club. Just like the aforementioned names, Fazio also has been omitted from the squad that will be travelling for the International Champions Cup. Fazio, who was bought from the Spanish side Sevilla in 2014, spent the second half of the previous campaign with the Spanish side, but was only able to make four appearances.

During his first spell with the Spanish club, he made 148 appearances for the side, and was an integral part of the team, but since his arrival in England, the Argentine has been struggling to find a stable footing. In his very first season with the club, he only made 14 appearances and was one of the most error prone defenders in the league. Eventually, after only one competitive game in the first part of the season, he was sent to Seville in January 2016. It is understood that the manager, due to the Champions League football, is looking to add some experienced players, hence, Fazio might have to leave the club.
