Tottenham Hotspur have announced that the team will be wearing a special kit for the match against Manchester United this weekend, which will mark Spurs’ final game at the esteemed and the prestigious White Hart Lane.
The game would mark the end to a remarkable run at the stadium come to an end. The stadium is historic and is filled with memories for certain. It would have been nice to have signed off from the Lane with a title win but unfortunately, the loss against West Ham put the team out of the title push.

Nevertheless, Tottenham have been prolific at White Hart Lane and remain unbeaten at home this campaign. Manchester United will attempt to break this but Tottenham will be determined to sign off from White Hart Lane in nothing but style.

The game is going to be one for the history books and it will be remembered forever. To mark the historic occasion, the club have announced that a special kit will be sported by the players for the weekend game against the Red Devils. They also revealed a special warm-up kit.
The shirts will incorporate the special edition White Hart Lane crest, which pays homage to our home of 118 years. The unique emblem will feature above our players’ names on the back of their match shirts for this fixture and is said to be inspired by some of the most iconic aspects around the stadium.
The 2 league titles, 8 FA Cups, 4 League Cups, 7 Community Shields (3 of them shared), 2 UEFA Europa Leagues and a UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup will all remain irremovable from the club’s illustrious history during the time at White Hart Lane.
It is going to be an emotional goodbye to what has been our home for so many years. Hopefully, the new stadium brings the team all the luck in the world and a new era and belief begin in the hearts of millions of fans all around the world.
Would have been nice to play in a version of the shirt worn for our very first game at the lane.
