Dele Alli & Christian Eriksen

Tottenham are looking to extend the contracts of Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli after signing Harry Kane to a new deal which keeps him at the club until 2024.

The Mirror claims that the English striker’s new contract sees him earn up to £200,000-a-week, including bonuses and that Alli and Eriksen will also be in line for a bumper pay rise.

Eriksen scored 10 goals and provided 10 assists in the league for us while Alli scored 9 and assisted 10 as we finished 3rd in the league.

The pair has become important lynchpins in our attacking unit and it will come as great news to Tottenham fans as we seem to be building our team for the future too.

Building a team to challenge for trophies and more

Keeping hold of Kane, Alli and Eriksen will be the foundation of our attack next season as we start playing in our new stadium. It is also a validation for Mauricio Pochettino as he has turned the side around into real contenders for the league title.

We came really close to pipping Leicester City when the Foxes won the title and have finished in the top-four for the last three seasons.

Kane has been the best striker in the Premier League for the last three seasons and the likes of Alli and Eriksen have supported him well.

It is great news to see that Daniel Levy and the team are willing to give players bumper contracts too and that should help us bring in more talented players in the transfer window.

The club had already extended the deals of star players such as Jan Vertonghen, Hugo Lloris and Son Heung-min and hopefully, we pick up silverware next season.
