Jack Grealish

The race to sign Jack Grealish is heating up, as the Mirror claims that two other sides are interested in signing the Aston Villa midfielder.

Grealish has been linked with a move to Tottenham, as Villa have to sell to meet Financial Fair Play rules but the Mirror reports that Fulham and Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on the 22-year-old.

Villa could not make it to the Premier League as they lost to Fulham in the playoff final and even though they have been taken over by Nassef Sawiris and Wes Edens, they are still expected to cash in on the English midfielder.

Steve Bruce had also recently stated that he would not be looking to sell any of his players on the cheap and in fact, the club would look at a premium for players given their new financial stability.

Grealish would be a decent addition to the Spurs team but with competition for the 22-year-old, all it will do is raise his price, something that will work in the favour of Villa.

We do have Daniel Levy who will try to broker a deal for us but the report claims negotiations only started last week as the club try to sign the player on the cheap.

It will be interesting to see how things go with Grealish as the report claims he too wants to make a move to Tottenham and play with the English contingent here.
