Tottenham are one of the few clubs in the Premier League who have not signed a single player but things could change fast as the transfer deadline approaches are concerned.
The transfer window will shut on 9th August, before the start of the season, and the Evening Standard has shared a list of players that we could move for before the Premier League opener.
We all know that Jack Grealish is one player who has been linked with a move to the London club but one major problem is Aston Villa’s asking price for the 22-year-old.
The Championship side want £40million, which is a bit of a problem for us. Another player that has been on our list for a while is Anthony Martial of Manchester United.
Spurs are willing to bring the French attacker to London but face competition from Chelsea too. Jose Mourinho is a pain in the side as the manager prefers to sell only to a non-Premier League club.
Matthijs de Ligt is another defender from Ajax that seems to be on our list but there is a lot of competition from Barcelona and Bayern Munich, and the pair could match any fee we decide to spend for the young defender.
A surprise player that seems to be on our radar is Jamaal Lascelles of Newcastle United. The English central defender had a great season for the Magpies and the club would want around £50m for their captain.

Things really have to speed up if we are to sign players. We have a pretty decent side but we need to add a few quality players to possibly challenge for the title.
