Tottenham have made an enquiry for Layvin Kurzawa, according to Paris United (h/t Get French Football News).
The 25-year-old Paris Saint-Germain left-back scored 5 goals and provided 3 assists in 26 games for the Ligue 1 champions but the report claims that he is being sold to fund a move for Alex Sandro of Juventus. The Juventus defender has agreed to personal terms with PSG too.
Kurzawa is the only recognised senior left-back at PSG and Wolverhampton Wanderers were also interested in the 25-year-old Frenchman before they signed Manchester City’s Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The 25-year-old Kurzawa played all 90 minutes in the Coupe de France win over Sochaux and could be a decent option for us as a left-back.
Tottenham have Ben Davies and Danny Rose for the slot but more competition can only be good for us. We would also need some cover for our defence as Rose has had his injury concerns in recent times.
Davies took over from the English defender and has become our No.1 left-back, thanks to some impressive performances last campaign.
Tottenham have already done business with PSG, as we signed Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura from the French side previously. Kurzawa could be another quality PSG player to end up at Tottenham.
