Danny Rose

The Evening Standard claims that Danny Rose could move to a European club before the end of the transfer window.

The Tottenham left-back rejected a loan move to Schalke but Spurs will listen to new offers for the Englishman before the August 31 deadline, as per the report.

Paris Saint-Germain are interested in the Englishman and the report adds Rose would be open to joining the Ligue 1 champions.

The report further claims that Mauricio Pochettino would be alright with Ben Davies and Kyle Walker-Peters as the left-backs for the season.

The Englishman was on the bench in our 3-1 win over Fulham but the 28-year-old’s spot in the Tottenham side has been taken up by Davies.

Rose was a part of the England squad at the World Cup but was plagued with injuries last season.

The 28-year-old played just 10 Premier League games in our previous campaign and his time on the pitch would be limited this season, thanks to the in-form Davies.

The Englishman would have to move away from Tottenham to play regular football and joining PSG would not be the worst move for him.

It will be interesting to see if the deal to join the French champions would be a permanent one or not. Rose was an important member of the side a few years ago but it seems like he is unwanted at our club right now.
