Lucas Moura has adjusted to life in London pretty well and believes he can create history with this Tottenham side.
Moura scored a brace in our 3-0 win over Manchester United and was speaking to Sky Sports, where he suggested that his target with Spurs was to win a trophy.
“My objective is to win a trophy and make history here. I believe that we can make history because we have a very good team and a very good structure. We just need to believe and work.”
The former Paris Saint-Germain attacker added that he was happy in London and wanted to stay here for a long time.
The 25-year-old further added that family is important for him and all he thinks about is his young son.
“My family is everything for me, they’re so important – my wife and my son. He is young [nine months old] but when I look at him I forget any problems. Everything that I do at the training ground or working hard in the games, I am thinking about him.”
Moura’s partnership with Harry Kane seems to be working out too. The Brazilian added that although he is playing in a new position, he is enjoying his time alongside the Englishman.
“It is a new position for me, but I feel so good because I am playing alongside Harry. Sometimes we can change it around, because maybe when I play on the right, I cannot move too much and now I can change, I can go everywhere, and I am enjoying it.”
Moura has been almost like a new player for us this season and he will be crucial in our chances of winning a trophy.

Spurs haven’t invested in the side and we have to get the best out of the squad we currently have.
