Tottenham don’t have an easy group in the Champions League this season. We faced a similar problem the last term as well when we were paired with Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.
This time around, Barcelona and Inter Milan are also fighting for the top two spots in the group and we have dark horses PSV Eindhoven waiting to pick up the scraps.

Our first game of the competition is against Inter at San Siro and our recent performances haven’t been great.
Since defeating Manchester United, Tottenham have lost back-to-back games. And in both clashes, we looked out of sorts and didn’t play our slick brand of attacking football.
Mauricio Pochettino looked bereft of ideas and Harry Kane looked tired and beat. We were lucky Liverpool didn’t embarrass us further in the previous fixture and some of the fans were concerned about our Champions League chances.
I’ve never been more scared

If we play like Saturday we won’t even get out of the group.

It’s been a while since we’ve needed a morale boosting win in a game such as this. Lamela, Son and Gazza to start for me #COYS
