Sancho’s form has earned him a call-up to the England team for the international games against Croatia and Spain.
The starlet was part of the media day and was asked about the possibility of returning to the Premier League.
The 18-year-old was quoted by the Daily Star as saying:
“I don’t know. It’s the future. You never know what could happen, so we wait and see.”
The youngster was fiurther asked about his £100m price-tag:
“That’s mad! Woah! That’s… I don’t know… I don’t know what to say to that.”
Sancho didn’t speak much about the move away from City but was open about life in Germany. The 18-year-old claimed that he was learning the language and that it was the best move for his career.
The youngster has six assists and a goal from just 215 Bundesliga minutes this season and seems set for a bright future.
Tottenham were linked with the player and wanted him as part of the Kyle Walker deal and it will be interesting to see if we make a bid for him in the future.
