Tottenham goalkeeper Paulo Gazzaniga’s stock has been on the rise this season with some stellar displays for the club.
The Argentine did a fantastic job in place of Hugo Lloris in our Champions League win over PSV. The 26-year-old hasn’t looked out of place as our No.1 and was recently called up by the national team for their latest games too.
The Tottenham Twitter account certainly got a great video to share of Gazzaniga performing a brilliant Cruyff turn.

This certainly got a number of fans talking about the player’s skill. Most keepers these days have to be comfortable on the ball, and it takes a lot of skill to pull a Cruyff turn.
A number of Tottenham fans loved this audacity on the pitch and shared their reactions.
Nice but plz don’t do it again

Personally, I’m more impressed by the goalkeeper picking out the full-back using his feet… 👀

The absolute balls it takes to do this, especially in his first ever CL game.

And he didn’t decide to kick the ball out for a throw afterwards 😍😍

two things Hugo couldn’t do. The Cruyff turn and the pass right onto Davies’ foot

Play him in the midfield !!!

As much as I love Hugo… he would’ve tried this and gifted them a goal or did the cruyff turn and fluffed it out for a throw.
