Tottenham are making it a habit of scoring late goals as we needed one to defeat Burnley at Wembley. Spurs dominated possession but couldn’t create too many clear-cut chances.
Joe Hart made a couple of quality saves, and for most of the 90 minutes, it seemed we would drop valuable points.
However, Christian Eriksen found the perfect time to score his first Premier League goal of the season. The Dane lashed in the winner in the 91st minute and we sit just three points behind second-placed Liverpool, who face Manchester United on Sunday.
The win certainly kept the spirits up after our heroics against Barcelona, and many fans praised the Dane for his all-important goal.
