Tottenham dished Everton a hiding at Goodison Park as they scored six past Marco Silva’s boys. Harry Kane and Son Heung-min got braces for the London side with Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli getting the other goals.
Theo Walcott and Gylfi Sigurdsson got the goals for the home side but Spurs were better than Everton in almost every department.
The win moved us closer to Manchester City with just two points the gap between the two sides, and several Tottenham players were pleased with the performance on Sunday.
Harry Kane got into the festive spirit as he wished the fans ahead of Christmas.

Moussa Sissoko made his 100th appearance for Spurs, and the Frenchman was quality in midfield as we dominated Everton.

Our defence conceded a couple of goals but Davinson Sanchez and Toby Alderweireld had time to celebrate an incredible result.

Christian Eriksen scored a sumptuous volley in the second half and suffice to say, he was chuffed with Christmas around the corner.
