Tottenham striker Fernando Llorente has agreed terms with Turkish club Galatasaray over a move in January, according to Star (h/t Sun).

The Spaniard has struggled to get regular starts under Mauricio Pochettino and is out of contract in the summer. The former Juventus and Swansea man plays second fiddle to Harry Kane, and honestly, it is difficult seeing any striker replace the Englishman in the starting XI.

Llorente has just one goal to his name which came in the Carabao Cup, and the 33-year-old doesn’t have a start in the Champions League or Premier League this season.

The report claims that Gala are willing to pay £904,000 for the Spaniard in the winter window and seal the deal.

Llorente needs minutes on the pitch but that won’t come at Spurs given that we have someone like Kane leading the line.

In a few games this season, Son Heung-min has started as the striker and the South Korean has done a wonderful job for us too.

Spurs need to get rid of the deadwood in the side, and Llorente could be someone that is sold.

The Spaniard has failed to make an impact in the games where he has started, and a new challenge would be great for the former Juventus striker.

Tottenham have another striker that just can’t into the team with Vincent Janssen on the books but recuperating from an injury.

The Dutchman has also struggled since signing for us, and he should be another player that is sold as quickly as possible.
