A New Year means resolutions and wishes from everyone. Tottenham have been quite good in the Premier League this season, though the loss against Wolverhampton Wanderers is a bit of a low point after our great wins over Everton and Bournemouth.
Several Tottenham players decided to come up with resolutions for their teammates and some of their responses were brilliant.
Some alternative New Year’s resolutions for the players, as suggested by their teammates!
— Tottenham Hotspur (@SpursOfficial) December 31, 2018
It all starts with the England captain Harry Kane suggesting that Eric Dier needs to get more clothes as he keeps on wearing baggy items.
Another Englishman was told not to put any hair gel while Christian Eriksen had a resolution for our star Son Heung-min.
The Dane wanted Son to smile a lot more for some reason, but we all know that the South Korean is one of the chirpiest players in the Premier League.
There was some classic banter between two former Paris Saint-Germain players too. Lucas Moura wanted Serge Aurier to get a better dressing sense and the Ivorian wasn’t going to take this lying down.
As quick as a flash Aurier told Moura to get new hair since it was the New Year, but this was probably because the Brazilian sports a bald look.
Jan Vertonghen was also told to learn how to play UNO more, and we have seen Dele Alli celebrate wildly regarding the game earlier in the season.
The video certainly proves that there is great team spirit in the side, and hopefully, we can come up with a trophy to celebrate at the end of the campaign.
