Tottenham have been linked with Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen and Barcelona winger Malcom, according to Daily Mail.
However, the report adds that Spurs have not made an enquiry for either player in the winter window.
Mauricio Pochettino has seen several players picking up injuries in recent weeks. Dele Alli was the latest star to succumb to one in our 2-1 win over Fulham on Sunday.
The Englishman hurt his hamstring late in the game and there is no clarity as to when Alli will return. Harry Kane is out till mid-March while Son Heung-min is representing South Korea in the Asian Cup.
The report adds that Spurs are “desperate” for reinforcements in the January window but Pochettino provided Fernando Llorente with an opportunity to impress against the Cottagers.
The Spaniard led the line but failed to do well as he scored an own goal. Llorente had chances to make amends but could not test Fulham keeper Sergio Rico.
Spurs came out with three points against the Cottagers thanks to Alli and Harry Winks. However, Spurs have a packed schedule in the coming weeks and our squad depth will be tested greatly.
We were the only side to not sign a player in the summer but Pochettino has hinted that there will be opportunities for others to impress due to the current scenario.
