Latest Tottenham news: Harry Kane could face Burnley at the weekend after joining training
The BBC reports that Harry Kane has returned to training ahead of schedule and could face Burnley at the weekend.
The Englishman is the top scorer for Tottenham this season with 20 goals in all competitions and picked up ankle ligament damage in the 1-0 loss to Manchester United in January.
The initial diagnoses claimed the England captain would be out till March, however, Kane has made remarkable progress.
It will be interesting to see if Kane gets a start against the Premier League side at the weekend, and the best course of action would be to slowly bring him up to speed.
A major boost for Spurs
Tottenham have some big games coming up in the coming weeks, and his return will also be a boost for our Champions League second leg tie against Borussia Dortmund.
Spurs have done pretty well without Kane as they beat Dortmund 3-0 in the first leg. Spurs have also won all their Premier League games without the Englishman, however, our domestic cup runs came to an end against Chelsea and Crystal Palace.
Tottenham play Arsenal and Chelsea in quick succession in the league, and there is an outside chance of us winning the title too.

Getting Kane back to his best would be important to our chances of ending the season with a trophy, and hopefully, he starts firing the goals in soon.
