Tottenham transfer news: Spurs fans unsure about interest in Danish winger Robert Skov
The 22-year-old FC Copenhagen winger has also attracted the interest of Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Ham and Watford (h/t Sky Sports).
Skov started his career with Silkeborg before joining the Danish giants in January 2018.
The Danish star did travel with the national side for the World Cup but has been in tremendous form for Copenhagen.
The winger has 22 goals in the Danish league this season and leads the race for the Golden Boot.
Fans aren’t convinced of Skov
Tottenham haven’t made any signings over the previous two windows, but that has to change at the end of the current season.
The lack of cover for some players has affected our season, and the report claims that Spurs are looking for someone who can play off Harry Kane.
Skov seems to be another player that Mauricio Pochettino can work wonders with. The Argentine has a history of doing well with young talent, and Christian Eriksen could help his countryman bed in at Spurs.
However, many fans were not happy with the club being linked with the 22-year-old and speculated on our plans in the summer.
Can’t wait to replace one of the best playmakers in world football with an inexperienced player in our pursuit to win titles and trophies 😊

You mean they are looking for someone cheap

Remember when we were linked with players in the press and it was vaguely exciting because there was an outside chance one of them was true….

Just what we need, a cheap, unknown talent that would probably take 3-4 years to peak if he was in fact any good. I dont mean to sound negative but i have been here before many times.

Hope it won’t end up a discovery for other EPL clubs
