Spurs transfer news: Jack Grealish will not leave Aston Villa this season
Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish will reject all offers and remain at the Midlands club next season after their return to the Premier League, according to Sky Sports.
The 23-year-old has been excellent for Villa this season as they bounced back from a playoff defeat in the previous season.
The Villans beat Derby County 2-1 in the final and the report adds that Grealish will reject any offer from Tottenham. Grealish has been at Villa since he was six and came up through the ranks at the Midlands club.
The report claims that Spurs submitted three bids for Grealish last season, with £25m being the highest for the midfielder. Spurs were willing to bid again for the 23-year-old should Villa have missed promotion once again.
Grealish scored 6 times and provided 7 assists for the Villans this season, and it will be interesting to see how they do in the Premier League.
Big blow for Spurs
Grealish has been tracked for over a year now and it is a big blow for our transfer plans as the midfielder could have been a decent addition to the team.
The 23-year-old has done a wonderful job leading Villa back after their failure from the previous season and Tottenham need to change their plans in the summer.
Tottenham need to add a midfielder to the team, especially as we sold Mousa Dembele in the winter window this season.

Tottenham are targeting James Maddison of Leicester City (h/t Mirror), and the English midfielder would be a decent option for Mauricio Pochettino.
