Spurs transfer news: Tottenham confirm Jack Clarke signing and return on loan
Tottenham finally made a signing after nearly 18 months as the club confirmed Jack Clarke’s ca
The 18-year-old is our first signing since Lucas Moura from PSG, and the BBC reports that the English winger has penned a deal until 2023.
The youngster has been loaned back to the Championship side, and the report claims that the deal is worth £10m, with further add-ons should certain clauses be reached.
Clarke came through the ranks at Elland Road and made his debut on 6th October last year under Marcelo Bielsa. The English youngster made 25 appearances for Leeds last season, but they missed out on Premier League promotion.
It will be interesting to see how Clarke develops under Bielsa as most of his appearances last season came off the bench.
Clarke was also delighted at the move and told Tottenham that he had joined one of the biggest clubs in the world:
