Spurs transfer news: Dybala’s agent in London to speak with Man United

Manchester United have stolen a march on Tottenham in their hopes of landing Paulo Dybala.

Italian outlets (h/t Football.london) claim that the Argentine’s agent has flown to London for talks with the Red Devils.

The attacker had a poor season with Juventus last time around after the Italians signed Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.

The report claims that Tottenham have been linked with the 25-year-old, but the Red Devils also have Romelu Lukaku to throw into the deal.

The Belgian wants to leave Manchester United and they want to do a swap deal for the Juventus attacker (h/t Football.london).

A blow to Tottenham

Dybala would have been an excellent signing for Tottenham, and he would have provided a lot of competition for the attacking spots in the team.

The 25-year-old could also take the load off Harry Kane in the attack, and it is surprising to see that the Argentine seems willing to play for the Red Devils.

They are without Champions League football for the upcoming season and struggled under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after a decent start to his reign.

Spurs still need to make a couple of signings in this transfer window and it will be interesting to see how things go in the coming days.
