The youngster is set to represent the U14 team this season, and the report adds that Okuwa was on the books of West Ham for the past nine years.
The Nigerian left the Hammers this summer and trained with Spurs and the Blues before deciding to join us (h/t Sun).
The 14-year-old can play in several defensive positions and can also be deployed as a midfielder.
Mauricio Pochettino is known to work wonders with young talent and it will be interesting to see how the Nigerian progresses in the coming years.
Tottenham signing players for the future
This summer’s business by Spurs saw them buy several players with tons of potential.
Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon are all very young and have impressed for their clubs before joining Spurs.
We are yet to see the best of them as they adjust to the rigours of our style and the Premier League. Jack Clarke also joined us, but the 18-year-old is currently on loan at Leeds United.
