Tottenham are contemplating recalling Jack Clarke from Leeds United

The Mirror claims that Tottenham are contemplating recalling summer signing Jack Clarke from Leeds United. The 18-year-old joined Spurs in the summer but was sent back on loan to his former side.

Clarke made a name for himself by coming off the bench in several games last season but hasn’t played a league game this season.

The 18-year-old has only featured in a couple of cup games under Marcelo Bielsa, and the report adds that the Argentine hasn’t spoken to Clarke regarding his lack of playing time.

The English youngster is frustrated with his position at the club and believes Bielsa is snubbing him (h/t Mirror).

Tottenham have a recall option for the 18-year-old

The report adds that Spurs have an option to recall the Englishman and his chances of playing for Leeds have reduced as the Whites have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup.

Clarke is unhappy with his situation at the club and is open to leaving his boyhood club for more game time (h/t Mirror).

The 18-year-old returning to Spurs isn’t a bad option as Mauricio Pochettino has worked well with young talents, however, it will be difficult seeing him play regularly for the first-team this season.
