With Moussa Sissoko also out injured, Spurs could be forced to buy in the January window to ease the injury crisis ailing the club. With Tottenham looking for players at a more affordable price range, any move for the forward will have to wait until the summer.

Zaha remains intent on leaving Palace. He is holding out for a move to a Champions League club capable of winning silverware.

The Ivorian attracted considerable interest from Arsenal and Everton in the summer. No deal could be agreed on with Palace refusing to budge on their valuation for the player. Chelsea are also rumored to be after the player, but now look to have turned their attention to Jadon Sancho.

The 27-year-old’s contract at Palace runs till 2023. The club is in no hurry to sell the player and hold the aces in any negotiations.

Zaha split from his former agent Salthouse, who has close links with Palace owner Parish, at the weekend with Zahavi now acting on his behalf

The Israeli agent is also said to have sounded out Bayern Munich regarding the availability of his client.
