Tammy Abraham labels Harry Kane ‘Best striker in the world’

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur superstar Harry Kane is the ‘best striker in the world’ (h/t Metro).

Harry Kane has grown into one of the best marksmen in Europe over the past five years. Our star centre-forward has been in prolific form year after year. And it seems like even our rivals agree to it.

Tammy Abraham, who has enjoyed a breakthrough season at Chelsea, has labelled Kane as the ‘best striker in the world’ (h/t Metro).

The Blues youngster has trained with Kane in the England national team. And he has lavished praise on the Three Lions captain, praising his skillset and intensity (h/t Metro).

“Best striker in the world. Just training with Harry, it’s crazy. drill after drill after drill. You’re just looking at him like ‘woah’.”

Abraham’s comments only reaffirm what we’ve known all along. Kane has been one of the chief driving forces behind the club’s rise in stature in recent seasons.

So when our star striker refused to rule out a future exit from Tottenham recently, it became a cause of concern for the club and the fans alike.

“I’ve always said if I don’t feel we’re progressing as a team or going in the right direction, then I’m not someone to just stay there for the sake of it.”

Kane had been in splendid form in 2019/20 as well, banging in 17 goals, until a hamstring injury in January ruled him out of action. There’s hope that his return would boost our hopes of finishing in the top four of the Premier League when the season resumes.
