Whelan believes that Dier is only reaching his best and will have a contract waiting for him at Spurs.
“Once this virus is out of the way and normality is back Dier, Joe and Levy will be trying to battle out some kind of deal to keep him at the club for the next four years because he is coming into his prime now.”
