Social media reacts to Dele Alli’s new facial hairstyle
Tottenham Hotspur star Dele Alli found himself at the end of amused reactions after he uploaded a photo on Instagram of him sporting a new ‘quarantine trim’.
Self-isolation has been a tough time for everyone. The same is the case for players who have been away from their hairdressers for far too long.
A number of fans took to Twitter to react to the player’s new style. While most were amused, some couldn’t resist taking a dig at his new look.
The same went for players, both teammates an otherwise. Spurs stars Serge Aurier, Tanguy Ndombele poked fun at Alli’s expense and were joined in by Leicester City duo Ben Chilwell and James Maddison. Cardiff winger Nathaniel Mendez-Laing also got into the action later on.

Alli clearly saw the humorous side of the comments. He later posted a screenshot of the replies with the caption: “THESE COMMENTS” followed by a series of laughing emojis. (h/t Daily Star)
