Tottenham have offered Marcel Sabitzer a contract till 2025
According to journalist Nicolo Schira, Tottenham have already made a contract offer for RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer ahead of a potential transfer in the January window
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks. RB Leipzig director Markus Krosche himself acknowledged the club’s interest in the midfielder recently.

Not very long ago, Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur had made a claim that Tottenham had already made a player-plus-cash offer to RB Leipzig to secure the signing Sabitzer next month. And now, Schira reports that Spurs have made a contract offer to the Austrian international.
As per the Italian journalist, Tottenham have offered Sabitzer a four-and-a-half-year contract, which would see him stay at the club till 2025, provided the transfer goes through next month. Schira also adds that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is set to begin talks with Leipzig over the transfer soon.
Sabitzer has been with RB Leipzig since 2014 and over the years has gradually grown into an indispensable member of the team. The 26-year-old is also the captain of the Saxony-based outfit. However, his future has become a hot topic of discussion, with his contract expiring in 2022.’

If true, this will be quite the coup for Tottenham. The 26-year-old is a top player who can contribute with goals and assists in equal measure while he brings in an exceptional work-ethic off the ball as well.
Having helped Leipzig reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League last season, Sabitzer has also shown that he can cut it out at the highest level.
