Tottenham yet to receive offers for Dele Alli, claims Duncan Castles
Speaking on the Transfer Window Podcast, journalist and transfer expert Duncan Castles has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are yet to receive any offers for Dele Alli, who has been linked with an exit this month.
The 24-year-old has found himself out of favour under Jose Mourinho this season. The Spurs boss has used Alli sparingly this term, hardly giving him opportunities in the Premier League.
Alli’s situation has led to intense speculations surrounding his future. The England international is reported to be pushing for a move to PSG where he seeks to reunite with ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.
PSG, for their part, are said to be keen on landing the former MK Dons midfielder as well. However, Castles has claimed that an offer is yet to arrive for the 24-year-old.
So far this term, Alli has featured just 12 times across all competitions this term, scoring and assisting two goals apiece. However, only four of his appearances have come in the Premier League, with just one being from the start.
Mourinho, when recently quizzed about the future of the midfielder, was reluctant to give anything away. (h/t football.london)
“It’s not a question that I am comfortable to answer.”

Things are not looking good for Alli at Tottenham, even though he did catch the eye with his performance against Marine in the FA Cup.
However, soon after that, the 24-year-old was omitted from the matchday squad for the Premier League game against Sheffield United. Instead, Gedson Fernandes, whose loan spell is likely to be cut short, was included for the trip. That should give an indication as to what the future holds in store for Alli.
