Tottenham Hotspur bound Destiny Udogie to sign a 5-year-deal
According to popular Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter, talented Italian left-back Destiny Udogie will sign a 5-year-deal with Spurs when he moves to the club in 2023 at the end of his loan spell with Udinese.
Spurs have apparently wrapped up the signing of the talented left-back from the Serie A club. However, the club is set to loan him back to Udinese for the current season before linking with the club next summer.
Udogie is considered one of the best defensive prospects in Serie A and had a season to remember with Udinese. He was one of the best young left-backs in the Italian league last season.
The 19-year-old left-back has played 37 times for the Serie A club last season scoring five goals and providing three assists across all competitions. These numbers are really special for a player that young.
He is already a regular starter for the Italian club and it is a good thing that he is staying on in Italy for the rest of the season. He can continue his development and come to N17 a better and more experienced player.
Tottenham are no strangers to signing players from the Italian league. Ever since Fabio Paratici became the sporting director for the Lilywhites, he has used connections to get players from Serie A.
Spurs have in recent months raided the Italian top flight for Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur, Christian Romero and Ivan Perisic amongst others. Destiny
Udogie is the latest addition to the list.More Tottenham News:
