Transfer News: Watford slap a £35 million price tag on Tottenham Hotspur target Ismaila Sarr
According to Italian outlet Tutto Udinese (h/t Liverpool Echo), Championship side Watford have slapped a £35 million price tag on Senegal winger Ismaila Sarr amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur.
Everton and Serie A side Udinese are also interested in the 24-year-old, with the former believed to be discouraged by the asking price for the winger by the Hornets.
The winger sees his current contract expire in 2024 (transfermarkt) and is believed to be wanting to move back to the Premier League after being relegated with his current side last season.

Spurs could do with a winger like Sarr on their side. Antonio Conte has one of the best forwards to choose from, but recent injuries to Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski have shown the lack of depth in the team.
Harry Kane, Son Hueng-min and Kulusevski have been in fine form with Richarlison providing some tough competition. However, other wingers like Lucas Moura and Bryan Gil have not been able to prove their worth so far.
Moura has struggled to stay fit, while Gil is yet to win over the trust of Conte and has an uncertain future going ahead. Sarr a player with Premier League experience, makes a good option to have on the team.
Sarr has scored six goals in 17 championship appearances for the Hornets so far this season. The 24-year-old also scored once in the World Cup as his side crashed out in the Round of 16 after losing to England 3-0.
