Tottenham among four clubs keen on La Liga winger with Premier League experience
Tottenham Hotspur among four clubs interested in Arnaut Danjuma
According to the Daily Mail, Tottenham Hotspur are among four Premier League clubs interested in securing the services of Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma.
Danjuma’s future at the Spanish club seems far from certain with the talented winger tipped with a move away from La Liga. A number of English clubs are interested in the talented player and he will have suitors.
Tottenham, Bournemouth, Aston Villa and Everton are all said to be in the race for the player. The 25-year-old winger is apparently available on loan in January and one of these clubs could take advantage.
Only Arnaut Danjuma (5) has contributed more goals + assists for Villarreal in the #UCL this season than Etienne Capoue (4).

Danjuma is not new to English football. He spent a couple of seasons at Bournemouth before transferring to La Liga and it looks like his former club are one of those who want to sign the Nigerian forward.
Aston Villa’s interest is definitely not surprising considering their manager Unai Emery was at Villarreal before this and would know all too well about the 25-year-old. This could give them an advantage in the race.
If Tottenham indeed want Danjuma, one thing that they can offer the Nigerian in the immediate future that the other teams in the list cannot is to play Champions League football for the rest of the season.

The Nigerian has played in the biggest club competition with Villarreal before with the Yellow Submarines making an unlikely run to the semi-finals of the Champions League last season beating Bayern Munich on the way.
However, one thing that Tottenham need to be wary about is if Danjuma will actually fit into an Antonio Conte system. He might take some adapting to the club and the league but the 25-year-old is a good option.

Especially on loan, this could be a signing that we can benefit from. If he performs, then we can think about signing him permanently in the summer.
