Tottenham interested in signing another Bournemouth star after Dominic Solanke

Date:

Tottenham Hotspur are looking at a move for Bournemouth wide forward Antoine Semenyo ahead of 2025 transfer windows as Ange Postecoglou looks to fortify his offensive options.

The North Londoners have shown keen interest in acquiring a top-talented winger in the past couple of transfer windows as they look to build a solid yet unpredictable wide unit at White Hart Lane.

Daniel Levy added Wilson Odobert to the roster at Tottenham Hotspur Way in the recently concluded summer transfer window, who is a Spurs alternative for Nico Williams. And they are now looking at another highly rated winger who has been putting in some exemplary performances in the Premier League.

Spurs could raid Bournemouth again

Tottenham eye Semenyo

The Lilywhites are interested in landing Antoine Semenyo, per GiveMeSport, as they look to raid Bournemouth once again. Spurs already snatched star striker Dominic Solanke from the Cherries just a few months ago, and it looks like they are ready to sign another player from Vitality Stadium.

The 24-year-old moved to Dean Court at the start of 2023 and has taken commendable strides since, and he has already made 55 appearances donning the Bournemouth badge on his chest while finding the net twelve (12) times and bagging three (3) assists in the process.

His growth has compounded since the turn of the campaign, as the Ghanian has enjoyed a thunderous start to the 2024/25 season, scoring three goals and recording one assist in seven league appearances.

Tottenham looking at Semenyo

Semenyo’s versatile profile means he can feature along the front line, and Ange Postecoglou wants to bring that mobility to his squad as Levy prepares to knock on Bournemouth doors once again.

For Bournemouth, they would want to keep hold of the player as it would be a big blow to lose two of their most important attackers in two windows; however, Semenyo’s desire, complemented by the sum that Spurs are willing to offer, will have a big say in the conclusion.
