As reported by Sports ChoSun, Tottenham have requested Gangwon to let Yang Min-hyeok go mid-December.

The 18-year-old South Korean sensation was confirmed as a Spurs player in the summer and was previously set to arrive in North London in January, though the Lilywhites now want him earlier.

The K League 1 season ends later this month, and Gangwon are currently third in the league standings.

Will he play?

Ange Postecoglou has many flaws, but he has an exemplary record with youngsters, and the club will want that to continue with Yang, at least in terms of having him integrated into the setup.
