Harry Kane names one Tottenham player he wants at Bayern Munich

published :

Tottenham Hotspur icon Harry Kane has been grabbing headlines for replicating his White Hart Lane performances in Germany with Bayern Munich, and now the England international has expressed a desire to reunite with former Tottenham Hotspur teammate Son Heung-min at Allianz Arena.

Son and Kane had one-of-a-kind partnerships where they could find one another from across the pitch with closed eyes, something beyond words. And that is something that the supporters at N17 have cheered and loved over the years till the striker moved to the Bundesliga in a highly anticipated transfer.

Bold substitutions and a new Spurs hero: Three Talking points as Tottenham down Aston Villa.
Son has become one of the Premier League’s most consistent performers.

Harry Kane was being questioned in one of the sessions of a Bayern fan club visit in Bad Aibling today (15 December), where the 31-year-old was asked which Tottenham player he would like to bring to Germany. And Kane didn’t have to think twice as he murmured in a single word, “Sonny,” as quoted by Nico Linner of the BILD.

Son is nearing the conclusion of his current contract at Hotspur Way; these comments will make room for rumours of a possible move to the German top tier. Though that being said, Spurs do have a one-year extension option already lined up that could rule out possibilities of a free transfer at the end of the campaign.

Moreover, looking at the situation from a bird’s-eye view, Son turns thirty-three (33) in the upcoming July, and with a wealth of experience in the Bundesliga, a return to Germany could be an intriguing prospect.
