Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison has been linked with a North London exit in the upcoming 2025 transfer intervals, with the Lilywhites looking to get the Brazilian out of their wage books given his injury concerns, which have limited his availability at N17.
The 27-year-old has already been serving the injury room in the ongoing campaign with only 88 minutes of football in the Premier League under his belt, which aggregates to 22 missed games across all competitions.
Take over done at Goodison, time for instant statement?
The North Londoners brought Richy in a highly anticipated move from Everton a couple of years back, albeit the forward has found it really difficult to find his feet at White Hart Lane. He has only netted 16 goals wearing the Spurs badge, which is directly attributable to his failure to replicate his Goodison Park form with the Lilywhites.
And as the striker looks to call curtains to his spell with Tottenham, he could return to Everton with the Merseysiders possibly eyeing to invest in bringing Richy to Walton following their takeover by the Friedkin Group.

John Wenham, owner of the reputed Spurs podcast Lilywhites Rose, thinks that the Toffees could make a move for Richarlison as the new ownership looks to make an instant statement by signing their former forward.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Tottenham News, Wenham said:
“Everton’s takeover is now complete. Therefore, the first thing they could look to do is make a statement of intent by bringing Richarlison back to Goodison Park in January. As a result, that would then allow us to move on and sign someone who is able to make a contribution.
“This isn’t me being down on Richarlison as a player, because it would be great if he were available. However, he is just never able to contribute. Therefore, hopefully the Friedkin Group will enquire about signing Richarlison in January because he is obviously a cult hero up there, and they need reinforcements desperately.”
With his injury concerns, it is difficult to see Everton or any Premier League club making a move for the 27-year-old, and while he was a loved figure when he played for the Merseysiders, it is to be seen if they risk signing an injury-prone striker who has barely featured of late.
