AC Milan considering ‘dream’ Dejan Kulusevski signing from Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur have been far from their best selves over the course of 2024/25 but among a handful of players who have done well, Dejan Kulusevski stands the tallest. The Swede has been a huge asset across positions for Ange Postecoglou as he has done a superb job in midfield after thriving as a right winger in the initial days of his career in north London.
Gary Neville recently tipped Kulusevski to make the jump to a huge club like Barcelona or Real Madrid at some point in his career, and it seems as if the former Manchester United defender’s prediction might be coming a tad bit right. One of Europe’s biggest clubs in AC Milan are keen on signing the 24-year-old, according to Italian outlet Milan Live.
Milan, like Tottenham, have been extremely substandard this season although they did pull the trigger on Paulo Fonseca some days ago and replaced him with Sergio Conceicao as their head coach. The former Porto boss will be backed in the transfer window as he aims to restore the Rossoneri’s former glory and a raid on Tottenham Hotspur has not been ruled out.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, one of the directors at AC Milan, sees Kulusevski as a ‘dream’ signing for the club. Not only is he a player that has proven his credentials in the Serie A with Juventus in the recent past, but he is also rapidly developing into a fantastic player, who in all honesty exceeds the quality of most who have played at Tottenham and could indeed be on the move soon.

For a player as good and seemingly as ambitious as Kulusevski, Tottenham simply does not seem like the right destination for the longer run and it may only be a matter of time before he decides to call it quits. AC Milan, however, could take a proactive approach and test the waters with his signing in the summer and it will be interesting to see if the former Juve star is able to reject their advances or is tempted to move back to Italy, especially if Ange Postecoglou is fired before that time.
