Tottenham Hotspur has been vying to bring in highly regarded young players at White Hart Lane and nurture them into their potential within the corridors of Hotspur Way in this newfound transfer policy at N17, and Daniel Levy has now been eyeing a move for 19-year-old striker who is dominating Bundesliga 2 this season, Stefanos Tzimas.

Tzimas has been showing his potential in the German second tier this season and boasts nine goals alongside a couple of assists in 15 league games for Nurnberg, which has got multiple Premier League sides looking to secure his signature.

The Lilywhites interest in the player was made public a couple of months back owing to his performances at Max-Morlock-Stadion, which also put the likes of Aston Villa, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle United, and West Ham on alert to secure his signature.

What are the chances of Tottenham landing Tzimas?

And German outlet BILD (as relayed by Sport Witness) insists that the Lilywhites are ‘still keen’ on securing the 19-year-old’s signatures with Nuremberg eyeing up a probable sale at the conclusion of the ongoing campaign. The report states that Tottenham have a ’30 percent chance’ of signing Tzimas, with as many as 18 other clubs across Europe looking to secure his signing.

Tottenham cannot further their plans to land the Greece-U21 international because he is on loan at Nurnberg, who can make the deal permanent at the end of this season in an €18m (£15.2m) option in the contract. And they are willing for immediate profit from the striker’s probable sale to an interested suitor.
