Tottenham Hotspur have been pursuing a move for Southampton sensation Tyler Dibling for a while, with multiple reports suggesting how the Lilywhites want to get their hands on the teenager, citing his performances for the Saints in the English top tier this season.
Dibling has shown glimpses of very high potential with his performances, where he not only glides past players easily but also becomes a chief creative outlet at St Mary’s.
And given his age, complemented by his potential, he would be an ideal signing for the North Londoners, given their newfound transfer policy of signing young players who can be nurtured into their potential at White Hart Lane.
Leipzig in for Dibling

However, while Tottenham and Levy think about prospects of bringing Dibling to N17, other teams have been joining the line of clubs linked with a move for the 18-year-old, with the latest of them being German giants RB Leipzig.
Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg claimed the Lilywhites chiefs are in conversation with the players management over a possible transfer, and now he claims Leipzig is interested in Dibling’s signatures.
It is reported that Southampton will be holding out for about £55m for the 18-year-old.
Doesn’t Tottenham have a better hand though?
It is given that Dibling is a promising talent with significant potential, and that will soundly attract suitors from around Europe; however, the possibility to play regularly in the Premier League with a big six club should be ideal for the teenager, as we have seen how Ange Postecoglou is not scared of throwing young players on the far end and nurturing them into their potential.
