“He’s no longer untouchable…” – Fabrizio Romano gives latest on Tottenham target who plays for Man City

Harry Redknapp thinks Ange Postecoglou is under pressure at Tottenham Hotspur.

Daniel Levy has been looking to bring in some offensive reinforcements at White Hart Lane, and Tottenham Hotspur, alongside Newcastle United, have been subject to links with a potential move for Manchester City’s creative wide forward Jack Grealish.

Grealish is one of those players who is magic with his glides and passes; however, he has found it difficult to get into the eleven at Etihad Stadium of late, and the former Aston Villa star could be vouching for a new home when the off-season comes around. And despite his quality, the 29-year-old England international is no longer considered to be “untouchable” at M11, per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

The Italian journalist insists that there is quite a possibility of Jack departing City in 2025, something that has been a topic of debate among the Cityzens fans since the commencement of the ongoing campaign.

Romano on his YouTube channel went on to speak highly of Grealish and his professionalism, insisting that the 29-year-old has caused no problems at the club despite his struggles for minutes. He said:

“In general guys, since the start of the season, the feeling for summer 2025 was for Jack Grealish to have concrete chances to leave Manchester (City). Let me say that my information is that Jack Grealish is giving his best for Manchester City.

“He’s not desperate to leave the club, he’s not creating any issues or any problems, so top professional.

“Also great relationship with all his teammates, never creates any problem, so this is highly rated by Manchester City, very happy with his attitude.

“But in terms of future we have to be attentive to the situation of Jack Grealish because in case of a good proposal for the player and for the club in the summer, there is a chance for Jack Grealish to go.

“He’s no longer untouchable for Manchester City and is a situation to watch for the summer transfer window.

“At the moment there is nothing really concrete but it’s just a feeling at Manchester City that there could be some movement in that position with Jack Grealish potentially involved.”

Tottenham have been looking to move for Grealish for a long time now, with TBR Football reporting the Lilywhites interest, while The Daily Mail reported that Newcastle United have been eyeing Grealish alongside the Lilywhites.
