During his time with Tottenham Hotspur, Richarlison has hardly ever looked at peace, his Everton heyday years feeling more distant than they actually are.
However, he may soon get the chance to add more chapters to his Toffees journey, with Spurs keen to offload him.
Everton given green light to re-sign Richarlison

As reported by GiveMeSport, Tottenham are considering moving Richarlison on in the summer as part of attempts to reduce their wage bill, further fuelling speculation regarding the Brazil international’s return to Everton.
The 27-year-old, having returned from injury not too long ago, is back on the sidelines with a fresh injury blow sustained in his side’s 4-0 defeat to Liverpool last midweek, further worsening his chances of turning around what has been another under-par season thus far.
With three goals and an assist from 14 appearances across all competitions this season, Richarlison remains far from the promising forward he was proving to be during his time at Merseyside, which had prompted Spurs to spend €58 million on him two-and-a-half years ago.
In all, Richarlison has registered 18 goals and nine assists for Tottenham, while for Everton he bagged 53 goals and 13 assists in 152 appearances across all competitions. The Toffees deem Richarlison good enough to help them shoot back up the table with a return move not too dissimilar from that of David Moyes, who after returning to Goodison Park after a nearly 12-year-long absence has right away calmed his side’s relegation worries, as they now sit nine points off the drop zone with three wins in their last five Premier League games.
Richarlison’s Spurs contract is currently set to run until the end of the 2026/27 season. He has also been prominently linked with a move to Saudi Arabia throughout the season.
TTLB Opinion
Richarlison does need to leave Tottenham, and he also needs to go to a club where he feels more comfortable and loved.
For all the chaos in and around Everton, they did prove to be a good place for him, in fact, one could argue his best years during his time in England arrived during his stint at Merseyside.

Spurs are keen on losing his wages and reducing their loss margin on his acquisition. This should open up a bargain move opportunity for Everton, who given Richarlison’s versatility to be able to play anywhere across the front line and Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s injury record and expiring contract should alleviate their worries in many a way.
