The 21-year-old has already won an England cap and was part of the squad that reached the Euro 2024 final in Germany, which demonstrates his talent and vast potential. However, Wharton has endured a tough first full season with the Eagles, spending more than two months on the sidelines following a groin surgery.
The Englishman has recently returned to action and will want to get back to the levels from last season for Oliver Glasner’s side in the coming months. However, Tottenham are not the only club interested in his signature.

The England international looks tailor-made to help the Lilywhites lift the technical flooring of the squad, giving Big Ange a younger option to dictate the play from the middle of the park. As for Man United, they may have not performed well and competed for the Premier League title in the last five to six years but still possess the pulling power, as evidenced by recent recruits of young talents like Leny Yoro and Patrick Dorgu.
