Daniel Levy has been trying to compound on his transfer strategy (and stance) of bringing in highly rated young players through the doors at White Hart Lane and developing them through the corridors at Hotspur Way, and he has been looking at more such prospects going into the upcoming summer transfer window, and the American businessman may end up going in again for Southampton sensation Tyler Dibling, who has been taking massive strides in the Premier League in the ongoing campaign.
Tottenham’s youth-driven strategy leads them to a talent already making noise in the Premier League
The 19-year-old wide forward has emerged as one of the most exciting young talents in English football this season, with many English top-tier supporters enticed by the fearless (and yet silky) dribbling that he brings to the table alongside that direct (from outside to inside) running, which makes him a constant threat when he is on the pitch. And his ability to draw fouls shows how he can be a consistent trouble to the opposing backline.
The right-winger also has a unique skill set; he has a blend of creativity, flair, and pace, which has the potential to add a lot of dynamism to the current roster at White Hart Lane. And then he can play in multiple positions in the attack, showing how he can end up being an important asset to the roster at N17.
£25m bid enough for Tyler Dibling?

The North Londoners have been vying for a move for the teenager for some time now, and they did try hard to get his signature in the winter window, although the move didn’t come through, and Levy is set to try again this summer. Now, former Spurs scout Mick Brown insists that the Lilywhites are preparing a formal offer to land the 19-year-old in the summer transfer window.
Brown insists that there is a dire need for quality and depth (especially in wide areas) in Ange Postecoglou’s roster, and he insists that an offer in the region of £25 million would be sufficient to push Southampton to part with Dibling.
Speaking to Football Insider, Brown said:
“I think an offer of around £25million would be enough to get that done. I can see him making the move to Tottenham because they’re aiming to buy that sort of player.
“I imagine Tottenham will be preparing to make an offer for him at the end of the season. And I think it’s a certainty that he will leave Southampton, I can’t see him staying there if there are offers coming in for him.”

Ange Postecoglou would love to have a player of his capacity, but there would be a lot of competition for his signature when the summer comes around, and Levy will have to start laying early grounds to ensure that Tottenham are perfectly placed to complete a deal (and beat other suitors) when the summer window comes around.
